Phase 1: Information Gathering
The purpose of this phase is for us to have a solid understanding of your requirement which includes but not limited to purpose of the web site, target audience and the web content. Our web designers will gather the information via questionnaire, phone / Skype conversation or even meetup for more complicated project.
Phase 2: Design
There are 2 stages in design phase. In Stage 1, our web designers will derive a mock design with proposed theme and site map base on the gathered requirements. Once you accept the mock design and site map, our web designers will proceed to stage 2, developping the details and function of each web page. You are allowed to view your project throughout the design and development stages. The most important reason for this is that it gives you the opportunity to express your likes and dislikes on the site design.
Phase 3: Customer Acceptance Test & Site Delivery
At this point, your website is almost completed. Our web designers will perform the final check and test things such as the complete functionality of forms or other scripts, ensuring that your web site is optimized to be viewed properly in the most recent browser versions. Once you give your web designer final approval, it is time to deliver the site. Depends on the web design package that you subscribed (be it Essential, Corporate Induction or Portal System), these packages come with bundled two years subscription of cloud hosting. Our web designers will upload the web pages to your cloud hosting.
