By signing up for SnapsHosting services, it is understood that you have read and agree wholly to follow all the terms and conditions referenced on this page. Any breach of this agreement by an individual using our services, may result in the service of the individual being suspended or terminated with or without notice. Any clarification or doubt set in this agreement may contact us.
1. Unacceptable Content and Usage
All Services provided by SnapsHosting are to be used for lawful purpose only. Transmission, storage, distribution of any information data or material that is in violation with any local or international law is prohibited.
SnapsHosting Customer is wholly responsible for their website contents and all actions done on their hosting account. It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure all scripts, programs, or any other files installed under their account to be secure and up-to-date regardless of how they are installed. In the case where a Customer believes their Account was compromised by a third party, it is the Customer’s responsibility to alert SnapsHosting in writing to this fact as soon as possible. The Customer may be held liable for any service charges accumulated by any action taken by the third party.
SnapsHosting considers the following content and usage to be unacceptable:
Failure to comply with this section will result in immediately termination and/or suspension of the account. Any attempt to exploit the content and usage in any way is grounds for immediate termination of the Account.
2. Account Setup
It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information provided is current and up-to-date when signing up for any SnapsHosting’s service. Providing false or inaccurate contact information of any kind, including fraudulent use of Paypal Account, is ground for immediate termination.
3.Billing and Termination
Upon receiving and confirmation of order, the account will be charged on the day the order is process. SnapsHosting’s Billing system will automatically generate a reminder invoice; a week in advance when the account is due for renewal. If the payment is not fully received on the actual due date, a reminder will be send. The last reminder will be send if there is no payment for more than a week after the due date. SnapsHosting does not take responsibility if email-reminder is not received by the Customer.
Account not paid by due date will not be subjected to any late payment fee, but service will be interrupted on account that reaches 14 days past due. The account will be suspended after 14 days grace period for non-payment; it will only be reactivated upon payment of all overdue fees. Upon re-activation, SnapsHosting is not responsible for any deleted Web site or Content.
Account that is not paid within 45 days of the invoice date, the account will be terminated and all information within the account will be deleted. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, Customer will be liable for the costs of collection including attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
4.Cancellation and Refund
Any account cancellation by the Customer can be requested via SnapsHosting Ticketing system. Customer need to send valid proof of account ownership to cancel an account. Domain name registrations and web hosting accounts are handled by separate entities. There is no refund for additional items and services such as domain registrations, domain transfer, SSL certificates and cPanel/WHM licences,etc
The amount of refund will be given at the discretion of SnapsHosting. All refunds are processed in Singapore dollars (SGD) and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. SnapsHosting is not responsible for any changes in exchange rate between the time of payment and time of refund. Cancelled account is immediately removed from the server and no backups will be kept, meaning no data can be recovered after an account is cancelled.
5. Money Back Guarantee
SnapsHosting’s money back guarantee ensures peace of mind that our Shared Hosting and Cloud VPS Services will meet the expectations set out in this agreement. Money Back Guarantee requests should not be more than 14 days from the account is activated. To protect refund guarantee from being abused, only first-time account is eligible for a refund.

Please note the refund is only for hosting services, it will not included the domain registration fees, additional items and services that are purchased in the first 14 days.
SnapsHosting may periodically offer promotion on certain season of the year. The promotion sale price is applicable to any web hosting account that are not on any other promotional contract. Customer will be notified via email-notification in advance of their pricing for each successive period (or renewal period) prior to the start of any such successive period (or renewal period) after the promotion end. All successive (renewal) invoices will be at the regular renewal rate clearly stipulated on the website. This promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances and cannot be exchanged for cash or benefits-in-kind.
7. SPAM Policy
SnapsHosting maintains a zero tolerance spam policy. Any account found to be sending unsolicited bulk or commercial message over the internet (Known as spamming) will result in immediate account suspension with or without notice; regardless of whether or not it overloads a server or disrupts service to SnapsHosting’s Customer. Purchasing email lists and selling of email lists will also be constitute as email spamming. Customers are prohibited from maintaining open mail relays on their server. Ignorance of the presence or operation of an open mail relay is not and will not be considered an acceptable excuse.
In the event that a SnapsHosting server is blacklisted due to a hosting account sending spam email, any charges to remove it from the blacklisted will be charged to the owner of the hosting account. The cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of SnapsHosting.SnapsHosting reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of this provision.
To report an incidence of SPAM, please log a ticket via SnapsHosting Ticketing System.
8. IP Address Ownership
If SnapsHosting assigns Customer an IP address for their use, the right to use that IP address shall belong only to SnapsHosting and Customer shall have no right to use that IP address excepted as permitted by SnapsHosting . SnapsHosting shall maintain and control ownership of all IP address that may be assigned to Customer and SnapsHosting reserves the right to change or remove any and all such IP address in its sole and absolute discretion.
Customer is responsible for backing up their own website content regularly as well as any updates and patches to any software or scripts that Customer use in connection with SnapsHosting services. SnapsHosting servers are not intended as backup servers and we are offering backup service as a courtesy and our backup service run once a week; overwrites any of our previous backup made. SnapsHosting will not attempt to backup any Customer’s account used more than 20G of disk space or found to be exceeding One Hundred Thousand (100,000) inode (files) limit for any reason. SnapsHosting does not guarantee the existence, accuracy, or regularity of it backup services.
In the event of customer need to restore one of the backup, SnapsHosting may charge a one-time backup restoration service fee of $15. SnapsHosting do not offer backup services to Cloud VPS.
10. CPU Usage
Customer must agrees that the account shall not use more than 10% or more of the SnapsHosting’s server CPU or memory. Any violation of this policy may result in corrective action by Company such as assessment of additional charges, suspension of the account, termination of the account at any time deem necessary by SnapsHosting, which actions may be taken in Company’s sole and absolute discretion. If SnapsHosting takes any corrective action under this section, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action.
11. Resources Usage
SnapsHosting provides Customer with bandwidth, disk space and other resources, such as e-mail, SQL Database and FTP accounts, the amount of the usage is defined in the package of Hosting services purchased by the Customer. All the Hosting Services purchased are intended for normal use only and any activity that results in excessive usage of the resources that is inconsistent with normal usage patterns is strictly prohibited. Customer must agree that the bandwidth, disk space and other resources shall not exceed the allocated amount. In some cases, SnapsHosting may not indicate a specific amount of bandwidth, disk space and other resources in the package, and refer to that as “Unlimited” or “Unmetered”.
SnapsHosting does not set an arbitrary cap or limit on the amount of resources of a single Customer can use. In good will, SnapsHosting will provide its Customer with all the resources needed for their websites, as long as the Customer’use of the service complies with the Term of Services.
SnapsHosting’s service is a shared hosting service, which mean multiple Customer’s websites are hosted from the same server using the same server’s resources. SnapsHosting offering of “Unlimited” and “Unmetered” service is not intended to allow the actions of a single or few Customer to unfairly abuse the resources and adversely impact other Customer’s websites. In order to ensure a consistent and quality experience to all the Customers, SnapsHosting does placed automated safeguards to protect its Customer and system from abuse.
SnapsHosting accounts are limited to 100,000 inodes. This file quota limit is enforced to ensure system operating integrity and reliability. SnapsHosting shall have the right to take corrective action if Customer’s bandwidth and disk space, CPU, memory or other resources exceeds the Agreed Usage or result in or presents the risk of degradation of service to other customers. Such corrective action may include the suspension of the account, assessment of additional charges, termination of the account at any time deem necessary by SnapsHosting. In any case, Customer will be receiving email notification when they are approaching or exceeded resource limits, but SnapsHosting does not take responsibility if email-notification is not received by the Customer. Customer will be given the option to either pay additional fees, reduced the resources used to an acceptable level or upgrade to a better hosting plans to accommodate the resources required.
12.System and Network Security
Attempting to violate the security of SnapsHosting’s system and network infrastructure is prohibited. Violations of the system or network security may result in criminal and civil liability, but not limited to:
SnapsHosting will investigate the violations, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities to prosecute Customers who are involved in such violations.
13. Service Interruptions
SnapsHosting shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, act of any government body, war, sabotage, fire, flood, strike, and unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services. Customer must understand and agrees that occasional temporary interruptions of any Internet Services may occur as normal events in the provision of Internet Services. SnapsHosting agrees to exercise reasonable care to prevent such occurrences; however, under no circumstances will SnapsHosting be held liable for any financial or other damages due to such interruptions.
Preventive maintenance is crucial in ensuring SnapsHosting system uptime and availability. SnapsHosting performs the following types of maintenance:
Weekly Routine Maintenance – Sunday morning from 00:00SGT to 04:00SGT.
SnapsHosting will provide at least 48 hour advance notice to the Customer for any scheduled maintenance except for Emergency Maintenance and will use all efforts to minimize any other disruption. Under no circumstances will SnapsHosting be held liable for any financial or other damages due to such scheduled maintenance. These scheduled service outages do not qualify for the uptime guarantee policy.
SnapsHosting guarantee at least a 99.9% of network and web server uptime during any given 12 month period. The uptime is monitored within SnapsHosting monitoring system and any third party monitoring software from Customer will not be honoured.
In the event that SnapsHosting does not meet the 99.9% uptime guarantee, SnapsHosting will issue credit to Customer’s account. Approval of any credit is at the sole discretion of SnapsHosting and may be dependent upon the justification provided. Maximum compensation is up to 1 month’s worth of the Customer’s subscribed service.

16. Support Boundaries
SnapsHosting provides online technical support to the Customer. We limit the technical support to SnapsHosting area of expertise. The following is the guideline when SnapsHosting offering its technical support to its customer.
Common web based Service: SnapsHosting continuously monitor and ensure all services like FTP,cPanel,SSH,email are operating normally. If the event of service failure, we will resolve the issue as soon as we can.
Server Management: SnapsHosting provide technical support related to your server or virtual site physically functionally. We continuously monitor and maintain our server hardware. In the event of hardware failure, we will resolve the issue as soon as we can.
Domain names: Customer is responsible for engaging their domain registrar for anything related to their domain name. This includes: DNS changes made at the domain name level, name server registration, and name server changes.
Scripts and Application: Customer is fully responsible for their own scripts and application. SnapsHosting will not provide any support relating to malfunctioning scripts or application.
17.Prohibition of Offensive behaviour and Legal Threats
Any unreasonable threats or personal abuses either toward personal or against the company will receive a warning. SnapsHosting views this as extremely serious; please behave in a reasonable manner towards SnapsHosting employees. SnapsHosting reserves the right to refuse to do business with the individual or company and as a result and possible terminate the account in question.
18. Refusal of Service
SnapsHosting reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to Customer if Customer is engaging in any conduct or activities that SnapsHosting in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions in this agreement. SnapsHosting shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information, nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from such discontinuance or lack of notification. SnapsHosting also reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases where SnapsHosting believes abuse has taken place.
19. Disclosure to Law Enforcement
SnapsHosting prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. SnapsHosting may disclose any of all Customer information including assigned IP address, account history, account usage; etc to any law enforcement agency which they find the Customer is using our services for illegal activities via a formal lawful request from law enforcement agency.
You, the Customer, agree to defend, indemnify and hold SnapsHosting from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to your breach of any of these Terms or Service by you or any third party of the Services, except to the extent the foregoing directly result from SnapsHosting’s own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. SnapsHosting reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, the Customer.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services provided by SnapsHosting are provided to the Customer “as is” and “as available” with no warranty or condition of any kind, either expressed or implied. SnapsHosting makes no representations or warranties that the services will (a) meet your requirements, or (b) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. SnapsHosting will not be held liable for any damages or losses a customer’s business may suffer and is not responsible for any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of services.
The Term of Service may revise from time to time. SnapsHosting reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provisions of its Terms of Service at any time without notice. Any change will be effective upon posting the revisions to this website.
